In the aftermath of the conclusion of The next Iron Chef's fourth season, she was made sous-chef for Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian. In 2008, she was the host of The Food Network's The Cooking Loft with Alex Guarnaschelli where she mentors the students in a small class instructing them on how to reinvent classic dishes.
